Splitz Dance Centre was founded by Angie Moore and opened it's doors 2001 at our former location on King Street. Our principal instructor, Sandra Fox, has been teaching for over 24 years and studied under renowned dancer and instructor, Hilda Davies. Splitz Dance Centre offered classes at our King street location for seven years until we out-grew our smaller dance rooms and moved to our new, larger location on Queens street. Our new location features two huge, mirrored dance studios. Studio B has a Harlequin dance floor with mirrored walls while our biggest studio, Studio A features a full wooden floor and full mirrored walls.

Splitz Dance Centre offers a wide range of dancing styles, taught by a team of dedicated, experienced and motivational staff. Led by our principal instructorr Sandra Fox, we teach the ISTD syllabus. Classes are offered for Ballet, Tap, Modern and Jazz, freestyle dance, Acrobatics, Street Dance, Bums N Tums and Step N Tums! During the year we do perform shows and also exams which students may or may not want to take part in. It is the teachers, students or parents choice whether they want to perform exams. For the shows, anyone is welcome!

We also sell dance and high quality, fancy dress gear at great prices as well as modern shoes and sneakers, Our shop also has tap shoes and ballet shoes from all well known makers such as Capezio, Sansha and more. If we don’t have your size we can order it for you!
